John Isaacs of CLW Awards Senator Byron Dorgan

On behalf of the arms control community, Council for a Livable World Executive Director John Isaacs presents an award to North Dakota Senator Byron Dorgan for his work in 2007 to help kill the Reliable Replacement Warhead, the administration's failed attempt to create a new generation of nuclear weapons.

The presentation was made on January 24, 2008.

Also honored for their work in Congress last year were California Senator Dianne Feinstein, Indiana Congressman Peter Visclosky, and Ohio Representative David Hobson.
